 내 삶을 다이어트 하는 행위- 우리 함께 잘 삽세!
삽로빅은 ‘삽(shovel)’과 ‘에어로빅(aerobics)’을 결합한
​노동 수행형 퍼포먼스 프로젝트로 시각미술가 백다래와 무용가 조은비의 협업 프로젝트이다.
​
삽이라는 노동의 도구를 신체 움직임과 결합해 반복적인 동작을 만들고, 관객이 직접 이를 수행하도록 함으로써 일상의 노동과 움직임을 몸의 언어로 경험하게 한다. 워크숍, 퍼포먼스, 설문 참여 등의 과정을 통해  관객은 단순한 참여자를 넘어 움직임을 생산하는 주체가 되며, 개인의 행위는 집단의 리듬으로 확장된다.
